Yoga and Ayurveda holiday, Goa

This unique and rejuvenating Yoga and Ayurveda holiday takes place in one of my favourite places in the whole world, the beautiful Mandrem beach in Goa, India. I will collaborate with Dr Rohit, a brilliant and dedicated ayurvedic doctor, to offer you a truly special holiday. I know Dr Rohit since 2011, when I was his student. I then started going once a year to his clinic for a full week of detox (panchakarma) and I can say it has really helped me to know what is better for me in terms of nutrition and lifestyle as well as to better understand how my body functions.

 

What is included:

–7 days of detoxing ayurvedic treatment, consisting of 2 hours daily of massages and specific treatments specially customised to each unique body type

– consultations with Dr Rohit, who will determine your body type or dosha according to the ayurvedic science and who will provide you with nutricional and lifestyle advice to suit your body type

–ayurvedic breakfast, lunch and dinner during the duration of the treatment (7 days)

The food outside of the treatment days is not included.

–10 days of accommodation, in a beach side resort in Mandrem beach. The rooms are simple but clean. It’s India, please don’t expect luxury.

– 9 morning hatha yoga classes (5-13 April daily)

– your complimentary yoga mat and yoga bag

– a donation for the non profit Semillas de Conciencia

– transfers to and from the venue. A reliable taxi driver will be waiting for you at Goa airport.

– long walks on the beach, breathtaking sunsets, Indian hospitality, colourful markets, coconuts fresh from the tree and a very safe environment in one of the last unspoiled beaches of Goa.

5 April 2027: 7:30 hatha yoga class. Consultations with the Doctor. Free time

6-12 April: 7 days of Panchakarma. Daily morning hatha yoga at 7:30

13 April: 7:30 hatha yoga class. Free day to explore Goa. Good bye dinner

14 April: departure day and check-out from the hotel at 11:00
