One day online retreat to prepare your body, mind and soul for a fantastic 2021



Do you miss going on a retreat and the post-retreat feeling? Me too! The good news is, we can virtually meet for a full day of taking care of our bodies, minds and souls and get that same feeling, from the comfort of your own home. Be ready to move your body in healthy ways, to explore and journal about your intentions and vision for 2021, cook some easy and healthy dishes and let yourself be nurtured and nourished with yin and yoga nidra.

How does one full day dedicated completely to yourself sound? Wonderful, right? Wake up in the morning, take your time to prepare for a 90 minutes dynamic hatha yoga class with me, then journal about your intentions and vision for 2021, cook one of the recipes that you will get and then meet again for a nurturing yin and yoga nidra class. The best thing about it? You will get the class recordings with a downloadable link, which means that you can keep the classes forever and repeat the experience as often as you wish!

When? The online retreat will take place on the 10 January 2021. The dynamic morning class will be from 9:00 until 10:30 CET and the evening yin yoga and yoga nidra will be from 18:00 until 19:30 CET.

  • Plant intentions for the new year using the affirmations in the workbook and the journaling prompts to get clear on how do you want your 2021 to be.
  • Let yourself be guided into a deep state of relaxation and fertile receptivity with the practice of yoga nidra. It’s the best way to let your intentions sink deeper into your subconscious mind.


  • Reconnect with yourself and your deepest desires. Find a sense of community practicing with like minded souls and friends.

  • 90 minutes dynamic hatha yoga class in the morning, including pranayama, warm up, sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated postures and a long delicious savasana
  • a workbook with affirmations for 2021 and journaling prompts to reflect on your intentions and vision for 2021
  • healthy and easy recipes so you don’t have to think about what to cook for the day
  • 90 minutes yin yoga and yoga nidra practice to seal the day in a nurturing and nourishing way

The classes will be recorded in case you can’t make it live and you will get a downloadable link, so you can keep the classes forever and recreate the experience anytime you wish.
